Under the motto “local, digital and sustainable,” the municipality of Ollersdorf combines a 25 kWp photovoltaic system at the PV carport and on the building, a 184 kWh battery storage system, a 100 kW fast charging station and two 22 kW charging points as regional energy supply.
Sustainable partnership
Together with Raiffeisen, Enlion and ÖAMTC, Siemens is taking e-mobility to a new level: With the powerful SICHARGE D fast-charging station, users can charge their e-vehicles at public locations with green electricity directly from local energy cooperatives. This not only makes e-mobility more sustainable, but also more affordable. In the future, it is planned to open more than 100 locations where regionally generated energy flows directly into mobility. The next hub will soon be built in Eisenstadt. Gerrit Pürstl, Head of the E-Mobility Division at Siemens Austria: “With this partnership, we are sending a strong signal for the mobility revolution in the region, for the region. ”
Martin Geiger, head of the Siemens Eisenstadt branch, is also pleased that the project in Burgenland has been launched: “It’s great that we can make a decisive contribution to e-mobility in collaboration with our partners and with our modern and powerful charging infrastructure. ”
